Birkerød Bus Compagni

Birkerød Bus Compagni udgik som HT-entreprenør i 1994. 2 år før havde ejer, Finn Sørensen, oprettede selskabet Fjordbus, der vandt en række linjer i HT-licitation, i Frederikssund-Slangerup-Hillerød-området. Et andet datter-selskab Holger Danske Bustrafik vandt en række linjer i Billund, for senere at tabe dem igen, hvorved selskabet forblev på Sjælland, for at drive en række skolebuslinjer og turistkørsel.
